About the role


On our team, you’ll work with real marketing and sales data from day one. You’ll receive close guidance from senior team members in an environment that gives you room to make mistakes, learn fast, and grow even faster.

We are looking for someone who not only embraces technology, but is genuinely obsessed with efficiency through Artificial Intelligence and has a creative eye to support our visual communication efforts.

In this role, AI usage is not a “nice to have” — it is a mandatory part of your workflow. We expect you to already use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar on a regular basis to improve the way you work, not just out of curiosity.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Responsibilities


  • AI-Driven Workflows: Use AI tools to accelerate data analysis, generate insights, create content drafts, and build simple automations.
  • Design & Creative Support: Assist in creating visual assets and ad creatives for social media using Canva or Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator), ensuring brand consistency.
  • Vendor Coordination: Support communication with external vendors (printers, agencies, freelancers), following up on deadlines and material quality.
  • Data & Operations: Help extract and clean CRM data (HubSpot) and support sales funnel operations.
  • Reporting: Update reports and dashboards (Google Analytics) under supervision.
  • Marketing Stack Operations: Assist in maintaining landing pages, conducting SEO research through SEMRush, and supporting outbound prospecting using Sales Navigator and Apollo.
  • Sales Insights: Review sales interactions in Gong to identify learnings and improvement opportunities.


What You Need to Bring


  • AI-First Mindset: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization.
  • Design Skills: Experience with Canva. Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a strong plus.
  • Technical Foundation: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and logic.
  • Advanced English: Essential for using software tools, reading technical documentation, and communicating with the US team.
  • Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and vendors simultaneously.
