About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional UI craft with strong UX-driven decision-making. You’ll work on a B2B SaaS platform used by developers worldwide, designing tools they actually love to use.

You’ll also help define how AI transforms our product: this isn’t a buzzword for us, it’s the direction we’re actively building toward.

Expect a high learning environment where ambiguity is part of the job. You’ll move fluidly between pixel-level craft and strategic product thinking, building not just prototypes, but design decisions that move the whole team forward.

You obsess over craft. Typography, spacing, color, motion: you care about the details that make interfaces feel right. You’re not satisfied until every interaction feels polished and intentional.

You think in systems. You see patterns across surfaces and scale solutions while maintaining coherence. You’re comfortable contributing to a Design System that serves the entire platform.

You treat design as a science. You form hypotheses, test them with real users, and let evidence guide your decisions. You connect insights, data, and business context to your work, and you can defend those choices clearly to any audience.

You’re comfortable with ambiguity. You can navigate undefined problem spaces, make progress with incomplete information, and bring structure where there is none.

You’re curious about AI. You tinker with tools, follow the space, and think about how agentic experiences with humans in the loop should feel. You want to help figure out what comes next.

You’re a builder. You care about what ships, not just what’s in Figma. You thrive in cross-functional teams and challenge processes constructively.

On a typical day, you will…

• Lead end-to-end design: from problem framing through high-fidelity, production-ready UI with sophisticated interactions, flows, and micro-interactions
• Evolve our Design System: champion reusable patterns that ensure consistency and quality across the platform
• Partner with PM, engineering, and research: to frame problems, validate hypotheses with real users, and ship high-quality experiences in tight cycles
• Design for agentic AI experiences: where humans stay in the loop. Help define how AI-assisted workflows, autonomous actions, and intelligent automation feel trustworthy, transparent, and useful
• Experiment with AI in your own process: prototyping, ideation, research synthesis. We value designers who use AI as a creative accelerator
• Grow the team: coach teammates, improve processes, and challenge how we work

• Strong interaction and visual design skills. Your portfolio shows mastery of typography, layout, color, and motion
• Product thinking with proven ability to connect business goals and user needs through a data-driven approach
• Systems thinking: ability to scale detailed solutions across applications and platforms while maintaining coherence
• Comfort working with ambiguity and bringing structure to undefined problem spaces
• A scientific approach to design: forming hypotheses, running experiments, and validating solutions through qualitative and quantitative research
• Experience designing complex UIs for technical audiences in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a Design System at scale
• Ability to articulate design rationale and defend ideas persuasively across audiences
• Genuine curiosity about AI, including an understanding of how agentic and human-in-the-loop experiences should work
• Advanced English proficiency

Nice to have

• Personal projects or experiments with AI tools, generative AI, or AI-powered prototypes. We love designers who build when no one’s asking
• Familiarity with design frameworks and mental models (JTBD, Double Diamond, Opportunity Solution Trees, etc.)
• Experience with low-code platforms, developer tools, or integration/API products
